Business agents

Org agents send and receive under KYB and treasury rules.

Prerequisites

  1. Business organization in the Business hub
  2. KYB not rejected
  3. Owner/admin with session signer on the spending wallet
  4. Role that can manage members (to create agents)

Create

Business hub → Agents section (below API keys). Agent keys are separate from merchant bk_live_ checkout keys.

Receive

Use checkout:write on the agent key (included by default) to create escrow checkout sessions, or expose x402 challenges for API metering.

Approvals

Amounts above org sendApprovalThreshold / member limits follow the existing pending-approval flow for business treasury.
